Learn More
We primarily recruit full-time Database Administrators (DBAs) and Database Developers. Our focus is on finding skilled professionals who can manage and optimize SQL Server databases, ensuring they meet mission-critical needs for our clients. All of our hires are full-time and offshore-based.
We exclusively support hiring full-time positions. Our clients rely on us for dedicated database professionals, either Database Administrators or Database Developers, who can provide long-term, stable solutions for their SQL Server environments.
Our recruitment process is thorough and focused on finding the best match for our clients. We start with an in-depth assessment of the candidate’s technical skills, followed by interviews to evaluate their problem-solving capabilities, communication skills, and cultural fit with the client. We also prioritize candidates who have strong experience working with SQL Server in both on-premises and cloud environments.
We look for professionals with a strong background in SQL Server database management, performance tuning, database development, and cloud database systems like Azure SQL. Additionally, knowledge of automation tools, PowerShell, and other relevant technologies is important. Strong problem-solving skills, communication, and the ability to work in a remote team environment are also key.
Most of the candidates we hire have at least 5 years of hands-on experience working with SQL Server. However, we are open to more junior candidates if they demonstrate strong technical abilities and a willingness to learn. For more senior positions, we look for candidates who have managed complex database environments and have experience with cloud migrations or large-scale performance tuning.
We use a combination of technical assessments and interviews. Our technical assessment includes tests on SQL Server performance tuning, database development, and troubleshooting real-world issues. The interview process further explores their hands-on experience and ability to apply their skills in practical scenarios. We focus on how they approach problem-solving and their understanding of best practices.
A successful candidate demonstrates not only technical expertise in SQL Server but also the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment. Strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and an understanding of how to align database performance with business goals are essential. The ability to stay updated with the latest database technologies is also a plus.
We’re seeing a growing demand for hybrid cloud skills, with more companies shifting from on-premises databases to cloud environments like Azure. Automation is also playing a larger role, and companies are seeking DBAs and developers who can automate repetitive tasks and optimize performance. Offshore hiring is becoming more common as companies seek to reduce costs without sacrificing expertise.
One of the main challenges is finding offshore candidates with strong communication skills, as they must collaborate effectively with teams across different time zones. Another challenge is ensuring candidates are well-versed in both traditional SQL Server environments and modern cloud-based infrastructures, as clients increasingly require expertise in both areas.
We take the time to understand our clients’ specific needs, both technically and culturally. By conducting in-depth technical assessments and ensuring strong communication skills, we match candidates who not only have the required skills but who also fit seamlessly into the client’s working environment. Our focus on full-time hires ensures long-term commitment and stability.
We focus on finding candidates who are looking for stable, long-term positions. By ensuring a strong fit during the recruitment process and offering full-time opportunities, we help foster loyalty and commitment. Additionally, we encourage continuous learning and growth, which keeps candidates engaged and satisfied in their roles.
